Opportunities to Perform

• There are three different opportunities available to perform at the 2009 Conference. Each year, an average of 25 middle school and high school vocal and instrumental groups are chosen as "featured performances" at the conference. The process is a blind audition, conducted through MSBOA and MSVMA. In addition, two groups are chosen to perform in the evening on Thursday and Friday during the conference. These performers are college, university, or community ensembles.
  
  
  • MSBOA application for MS/HS Bands and Orchestras ( Word File)
    Please note that this application and audition tape is sent directly to MSBOA. Applications are due by May 20, 2008.
  • MSVMA application for MS/HS Ensemble or Choral Hour ( Word File)
    Please note that this application and audition tape is sent directly to MSVMA. Applications are due by May 16, 2008.
  • College, University, or Community application to perform as an evening concert at the 2009 MMC ( Word File)
    Please note that this application and audition tape is sent directly to the MMC Office. Applications are due by May 14, 2008.
