• The Amway Grand Plaza Hotel is the official hotel for the 2009 Michigan Music Conference. It is located at 187 Monroe Avenue NW, Grand Rapids, MI. Phone:1-800-253-3590, Website: www.amwaygrand.com The Amway Grand Plaza is attached to the DeVos Place via a skywalk.
• Rates for the 2009 Conference will be set by March, 2008. Reservations for the 2009 Conference will not be accepted at our negotiated conference rate until that time. Any reservation taken between now and March will be set at the standard hotel rate and will not be adjusted down to the conference rate after March.
• We will negotiate rooms rates at other nearby hotels when space is no longer available at the Amway Grand Plaza.
